All Forms and documents can be found in the Document Center (documents link above), under either the Finance or Utilities Folder. Print the forms needed and either bring them in, fax or email them to Town Hall.
Direct Pay Form
This form allows you to sign up to have your utility bill paid automatically from your checking account.
New Service / Utility Connect Form To setup utilities into your name a new service application is required. Applications can be filled out in person, or downloaded and faxed or emailed. Please note that it can take up to 2 business days after completion of the new services request to have services at the property. Please see our rates, deposits and other fees for any required payments.
Stop Service / Utility Disconnect Form
To stop service please complete the Stop Service form and submit it in person or by fax or email at least 2 business days prior to your desired termination date.
Meter Test Form
If you believe your meter is not registering your usage correctly you can have it tested.
