The Human Resources (HR) Department seeks to achieve the mission and goals of Town Government and Residents by hiring and retaining the best employees to serve the growing needs of our community.  The HR Department is responsible for the administration of the Personnel Rules and Regulations; recruitment, selection, retention, and training of employees; employee relations; maintenance of classification and compensation; and the employee benefits programs.
