COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The Community Development and Neighborhood Services Department is responsible for planning and zoning, building safety, floodplain administration, code enforcement, and geographic information systems. The department also oversees administration of the Wickenburg Municipal Airport.

The department's mission is to provide professional assistance to the Town through its various boards and commissions and the Town Council in the formulation, adoption, and implementation of consensus-based community goals as expressed in the General Plan and specific plans and ordinances as adopted by the Town Council.
