A deposit is required with the initial reservation to hold the date. The final rental payment is due 30 days before the event. Additionally, the renter is responsible for set-up, clean-up and take-down, unless specified 30 days before the event. Upon reservation the renter will receive a packet of information that includes: how to obtain a key card for the facility, the cleaning checklist and the Letter of Agreement (policy and procedures of the facility). These documents are provided below:

Do I need a liquor permit for my private event?                       NO

Can I bring/prepare my own food for my private event?          YES

Do I need insurance for inflatables?                                         YES, click here for insurance requirements 

Are tables and chairs included?                                                YES, we have a certain number of tables and chairs in each facility                                                                                                              that is included with the reservation.    

Can I hang a banner to advertise my event in town?               YES, click here for Banner Application
